Last Will and Testament of Ryan Black and Bianka Black
Article I: Declaration
We, Ryan Anderson Black and Bianka Rae Black, residing at 9748 E Twinkle Ave, being of sound mind and body, hereby declare this document to be our Last Will and Testament. We revoke all wills and codicils previously made by us.
Article II: Executor
We appoint Ross Andrew Black, residing at 2212 W Broadland Dr, as the Executor of our will. If Ross is unable or unwilling to serve, we appoint Felicia Anne Alonzo as the alternate Executor.
Article III: Disposition of Assets
Upon the event of our simultaneous deaths, we direct our Executor to liquidate all of our assets, except for personal mementos which family members wish to retain. All proceeds from the liquidation, after covering funeral and related expenses, should be used to create a trust fund.
Article IV: Trust Fund
A trust fund is to be established with the remaining funds to support the education of all our nieces and nephews, including those born in the future. The fund will cover expenses for college or trade school education, equally distributed among them as needed.
Article V: Distribution of Remaining Trust Funds
Any funds remaining in the trust after all educational expenses have been covered shall be distributed evenly among all our nieces and nephews once they reach the age of 25.
